These terms and conditions govern the use of SMS services provided by Network Financial. By subscribing to the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Program Description
By opting in to Network Financial’s SMS service, you agree to receive account alerts, promotional offers, and important updates related to our financial products and services. Message frequency varies and may include reminders, notifications, and promotional content.

Opt-In and Opt-Out

To subscribe to the SMS service, the User must opt-in by providing their mobile number to Network Financial.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message & Data Rates

The User acknowledges that message and data rates may apply. Network Financial is not responsible for any charges incurred by the User.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

The User acknowledges that they may receive up to 2–3 messages per week.

Disclaimer of Liability

Network Financial will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use of the SMS service. The User assumes all risks and responsibility for the use of the SMS service.

By subscribing to the SMS service provided by Network Financial, the User agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If the User does not agree to these terms and conditions, they should not subscribe to the SMS service.
